Breaking down Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Part 1: Blue Perks
Perks give you a "special powers" when you equip them and basically here is the list of the perks available in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
1st Perk class (blue)
C4 x2
C4 remote explosives. They will stick to ceilings and walls when you throw them, so you can make traps with these. Detonates with C4 remote controller or when you double tap 'Use' (F) button.
Special Grenades x3
Gives 3 Flash/Stun Grenades when you equip it. Smoke Grenades unavailable with this perk.
RPG-7 x2
Gives RPG-7 with 2 rockets. Effective against helicopters and group of people. Rockets detonate by impact.
Claymore x2
Gives 2 Claymore mines. Explodes with a little lag after someone gets in range. Effective in narrow corridors and serves as a door guard.
Frag x3
Gives 3 Frag Grenades. Does good job combined with Sonic Boom perk.
Bandolier
Gives extra ammunition magazines. Good perk if you want to shoot a lot with out worrying to pick up guns after couple of clips.
Bomb Squad
Gives the ability to see explosives, like C4 and Claymores. With Deep Impact perk, you can effectively remove explosives behind walls and stuff.
